Affordable Silver: $199

• 1 Air Conditioning Tune Up
• 5% discount on all AC installations*
• 25% discount on all AC parts
• 2-year warranty on new AC installations
• Price increase waived for AC emergencies, holidays and weekends
• Priority scheduling during peak AC Season (June 1^st-August 31^st)

Affordable Gold: $199

• 1 Heating Tune Up

• 25% Discount on all heating parts
• 2-year warranty on all new Heating Installations
• Price increase waived for heating emergencies, holidays and weekends
• Priority scheduling during peak heating season (November 1^st-March 1^st)

Affordable Bronze: $350

• Annual maintenance on heat pump or minisplit
• 1 outdoor and 1 indoor. Each additional inside is $145
• Includes 1 maintenance annually (heat and AC at same time)
• 5% discount on all AC installations*

• 2-year warranty on all new installations
• Price increase is waived for heating emergencies, holidays and weekends
• Priority scheduling for the entire year

Affordable Platinum: $399

• 1 Heating Tune Up
• 1 Air Conditioning Tune Up
• 5% Discount on all Installations*
• 25% Discount on all parts
• 2-year warranty on all new Installations
• Price increase is waived for Heating emergencies, holidays and weekends
• Priority scheduling for the entire year
• Effective 11/1/2022, all combi-boilers and on-demand water heaters are excluded from this plan

Affordable Blue: $399

•  1 combi-boiler or on-demand water heater tune up with flush
• 5% discount on all heating installations*
• 25% discount on all heating parts
• 2-year warranty on all new heating installations
• Price increase waived for heating emergencies, holidays and weekends
• Priority scheduling during peak heating season (November 1st-March 1st)

*Customer must be part of the loyalty program for a minimum of 1 year in order to be eligible for this discount.
